stepping away from my desk unto an empty office to blow my nose.
stepping out for the anticipated 2-3 sneezes that come hand in
hand.
a full day's 9 to 5.
a sore body from last night's work out.

| a day in the office.. and after..
well. my day starts @ 8am nowadays. 2day, i got up a lil
late. ran downstairs, fixed my lunch. tuna on whole wheat (mind
you- i M A D E that tuna last night.), 2 slices of green bell pepper
& cut diagonally. then, a handfull of baby carrots (oh, the
memories back in school when we used to hold it @ the end and squeeze
as it shoots towards our target-- g i r l s .
) & to top it off a diet coke. my lunch was set. ran
back upstairs, grabbed an A&F button down, Gap dress pants the
scooby doo's & i was off. 
work is 9 to 5. word was - s o & s o - copied some documents,
filed some cases, checked myspace, made tea, chuckled w/ the attorneys,
used some - c h a r m - on the new female attorney who started monday
to make her feel more @ home around the office.
before i knew it, it was lunch time. ha ha. time to bust out my - c r e
a t i o n - . ate lunch @ the conference room w/ the fellas. my
lunch was the jump off. the rest of the time @ work basically
went as described above.
after work, it was gym time. drove home 2 change. and i was
off. my workout 2day consisted of a 3 mile run. (2 miles straight
@ 6.3mph. walked like .1 miles then ran the last mile @ 6.5mph.)
then it was off to the weights. did some bicep curls w/ 25lbs.
10x for a total of 5 sets. then it was time for the workout i
never do. the abdominals.
H A T E I T . 
i have a personal rule that if my stomach doesn't hang over thy
jeans- its fine. but, it's starting to peak over & i guess
its not fair to work out other muscles and neglect it. and so i
was off. 200 crunches. 120 leg lifts. 120 criss cross leg
lifts. 4 - 45sec. thingies where ur both ur elbows and ur toes are the
only ones touching the ground. and ofcourse that shit killed
me. - k i l l e d m e - 
@ home, i chilled. showered. one tree hill'd it. and
soon enough look for something healthy to eat in this filipino food
filled house.
i'd like to thank my mp3 player for making it possible for me to finish
my work out for 2day as i DID do the - t h u n d e r c l a p - the - m
u s c l e - the - r o c k a w a y - while listening to "yeah".
